Mr. Li Yuhui has been named to the "Forbes China Top 100 Venture Capital Investors" list for eight consecutive years. He has over 25 years of investment experience in China's venture capital and capital markets, with a long-term focus on technology-driven innovation.

In early 2010, Mr. Li founded Pulin Capital and has since led the firm to focus on early- to mid-stage investments in two major sectors — Healthcare & Bio-tech and AI & Technology — achieving outstanding investment performance.

In the early-stage investment space, Mr. Li lead investments in healthcare companies such as Kangtai Bio (300601), Hybribio (300639), Ribo Life Science (06938.HK), Endocell and Virogin, as well as AI and technology companies including Passiontec (fully acquired by Meituan（03690.HK）) , PPIO , O-Cubes ，Ruiyun Cold Chain and Easy-Logic Technology.

In the growth-stage investment space, Mr. Li invested in A-share listed companies such as Toread (300005), Eastern Pioneer (603377), BGE (603588), Sun Shine (acquired by Royal Group, 002329), and XGIMI (688696).

Prior to founding Pulin Capital, Mr. Li worked for over 10 years at top-tier domestic investment banks including former Jun'an Securities and Guotai Junan Securities, where he gained extensive expertise in investment banking services and management. Before that, he spent three years engaged in CAD technology development at a large state-owned enterprise.

Mr. Li graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and Tsinghua University, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Economics in Finance, and an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Tan Huidong has 20 years of experience in asset management and secondary securities market investment management.

Mr. Tan has participated in investments in projects including Kangtai Biological Products (300601), Hybribio (300639), and BGE (603588), and was responsible for on-site investment management at Hybribio, achieving solid investment performance. He also serves as a director of Enshi Technology.

Prior to co-founding Pulin Capital, Mr. Tan held investment management roles at Everbright International Trust & Investment Corporation, Everbright Securities, and Capital Futures Company, where he gained extensive experience in China's domestic capital markets, particularly in secondary market operations.

Mr. Tan graduated from East China Normal University with a Bachelor of Economics.

Mr. Xue Mengjun ,who possesses over 20 years of investment experience in Chinese capital markets and investment banking, joined Panlin Capital in 2011, with responsibilities for investment management and risk management.
He has led the investments of Shenogen, YZYBio, Kingstron Bio, ANTAI KANGCHENG, Chipanalog ,DREAM( merged by Fuchun Technology 300299), Qujing hazardous wastes, Filtering Garden, etc. And he currently serves as a director of Chipanalog , a star enterprise in domestic RF chip industry , which was led by him in Pre-A and gain multiple rounds investments in its following financing.
With rich operational experience and practical ability ，Mr. Xue Mengjun is familiar with corporate governance, especially in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He began his career in ABC Capital which is a well-known investment bank, and later served as Deputy GM of the IBD of Jianqiao Security. He has led the merger and acquisition of  HU CHANG SPECIAL STEEL（600665）,  Chengdu Hualian Business Building（000593）, dongeejiao （000423）,Yili（600887），Jinfeng Investment(600606)，GANSU CHANGFENG（ 000552），SHANXI CHANGLING（ 000561）, etc.
Mr. Xue Mengjun graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, holds BA degree in economics and CPA.
 

Mr. Liu Yuheng has over 20 years of investment management experience.

He has led the investments of SHENGSHI JIAOYANG（merged by Royal Group 002329）, JIMI（688696）,Iris, AOSSCI(amalgamated with TERRAFUGIA), Happy Cycle and 3N tech, etc. He currently serves as a director of Iris, Happy Cycle and 3N tech.

Mr. Liu Yuheng focuses on early-stage hard tech investments, strategically positioning himself around cutting-edge technologies and future industrial trends. He led the Pre-A round investment in AOSSCI, a leading industrial-grade drone company, and through industrial capital collaboration, successfully incubated AEROFUGIA, a top-tier eVTOL enterprise. In addition, Mr. Liu has invested in projects such as TopSun (acquired by Royal Group (002329)), XGIMI (688696), 3N Eyecare, and Iris.

Prior to Panlin Capital, Mr. Liu Yuheng served as an assistant president of APAC RESOURCES（HK1104）, GM of Ningbo Huazhou Mining Investment, senior investment manager of CICF Finance Group successively.

Mr. Liu Yuheng graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and University of Stirling, holds BA and ME degrees in economics, and a EMBA from Peking University.

Dr. Jin Miao has over a decade of firsthand industry experience and extensive venture capital expertise. He joined Pulin Capital in 2020 and has long focused on the biopharmaceutical sector, with a particular emphasis on early-stage investments in cell and gene therapy (CGT). He has systematically built a portfolio around innovative drugs and cutting-edge biotechnologies, leading investments in multiple early-stage biopharmaceutical companies including Libo Biotechnology, Yuesai Biotechnology, Xizhuo Biotechnology, Lingtaike Biotechnology, and Lingbo Biotechnology.

Prior to joining Pulin Capital, Dr. Jin was deeply engaged in the industrial sector, where he worked in business development and management roles at major multinational corporations including Nikon Instruments.

Dr. Jin received his Ph.D. in Applied Life Chemistry from the University of Tokyo and holds a Master of Finance (FMBA) from the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
